Is RapidReg Web a separate subscription?
No. RapidReg Web is included in every RapidReg event plan, so there is no separate Web subscription or line item.
What changes between plan tiers?
Starter covers a landing page and simple form. Basic adds a fully custom form and ticketing. Silver adds richer communications and data controls. Gold adds the complete multi-page event portal.
Is full website design and build included?
The RapidReg Web platform is included. A full website design and build is a separate one-off project starting at €1,500.
Are there per-form, listing or send charges?
No. RapidReg Web does not add per-form, per-directory-listing or per-send charges.
Can RapidReg work with our existing site?
Yes. You can bring your current site and connect it to RapidReg registration and organizer workflows, or ask RapidReg to build the full site.
How is the platform fee charged?
RapidReg charges the organizer one flat fee per event. You decide what delegates and exhibitors pay, if anything, and you keep that revenue.
