Do you charge per delegate or exhibitor?
No — RapidReg charges the organizer one flat fee per event. You decide what delegates and exhibitors pay, if anything, and you keep that revenue.
Is onsite badge printing really included?
Yes, in every tier — badge printing and a RapidReg print operator are part of the price, not a rental line item. Custom lanyards are included from Silver up.
Do exhibitors pay separately for lead scanning?
Not from RapidReg — the scanner app is part of the Gold platform fee you already pay. Whether you charge your exhibitors to use it is entirely your call.
What counts as an "event"?
One registration period and onsite date range, even if it's co-located with a second show on the same floor.
Can we move between tiers?
Yes — pick the tier that fits this event's size. Many organizers run Basic for a small regional event and Gold for their flagship show.
How does exhibitor lead scanning work?
Every RapidReg badge prints with a QR code. On Gold, you can turn on the scanner app for your exhibitors — many organizers resell that access as part of an exhibitor package. When an exhibitor scans a badge, they receive a copy of that person's registration details as a lead in their own account.
